Let me tell you, Blue bear is an absolutely amazing company. They made us feel like family. They cared and answered every question and call. Very responsive, professional and hard working. Luis, John and all the guys who came were all 10/10 amazing. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart, you are truly appreciated.

Had a flood at my house the night before Christmas Eve. Got put through to Brendon immediately. Despite it being late at night and the day before a holiday, he talked me through exactly what to do until he could get there. Brendon showed up on Christmas Eve (the next morning) and went straight to work making sure my house wouldn’t have any permanent damage. Brendon was kind, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Would recommend Brendon at Blue Bear any day of the week and twice on holidays!

BlueBear was very professional,chuck,Kyle,and Dan kept me updated on everything that was going on in my mother basement. They worked very hard to get the job done.They coordinated everything with Zoom who specializes in sewer and drains. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

Blue Bear came to our rescue when an awful storm came through and our roof leaked into our kitchen and hallway. They were super quick to respond, very knowledgeable about their jobs and even better, they were best friends with my dogs and cat by the time they done. Tony, Donny and Ty were our main points of contacts and I really appreciate their response to our issue. Danny, John, Rob also did a really great job on the mitigation of our house. Blue Bear came quickly after our water damage happened. They were very thorough checking the damage and took their time in deciding the best way to fix it. Thank you for being friendly and so efficient.

After a broken pipe fitting caused a basement flood, I called Blue Bear on the recommendation of my local insurance agent. The Blue Bear technician Farren arrived within about 3 hours of my call, explained the process and dropped off equipment, pending approval to begin the work. The next morning he came back, took photos, removed some wet carpet/paneling and started the drying process. Every morning at about 8:30 AM I received a call when we discussed when would be a good time for them to check on the status, day-by-day until the drying was complete. They measured residual moisture and once levels were acceptable, removed their gear. Every technician was professional, communicated clearly and respectful of being in my home. They exceeded my expectations in every regard!
